We&#8217;re taking a classic angel food cake recipe and adding a small touch of lemon zest to brighten the flavors.\u00a0 Then topping with a sweetened whipped cream and fresh raspberries, creating a little airy delight.\u00a0 The only thing hard about these cupcakes&#8230; 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.\u00a0 Cool for 5 minutes and then remove from muffin tin to cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When Ready To Serve:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk chilled heavy cream and 4 tablespoons sugar until you have soft peaks.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-11\">When ready to serve, spoon a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cupcake.\u00a0 Top with a fresh raspberry and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar, if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-notes\">\n\t\t<h3 data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"h3-color.color h3-transform.text-transform\">Notes<\/h3>\n\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-notes-body\" data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>To make whipped cream topping in advance, use mousse powder, gelatin, cream cheese or another stabilizer to prevent the cream from deflating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thecakeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/holiday_girls_night.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18611\" src=\"https:\/\/thecakeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/holiday_girls_night.jpg\" alt=\"Holiday Girls Night In\" width=\"546\" height=\"791\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thecakeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/holiday_girls_night.jpg 546w, https:\/\/thecakeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/holiday_girls_night-400x579.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 546px) 100vw, 546px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now that we have the cupcakes covered, let&#8217;s talk about the rest of our Holiday Girls&#8217;
