(Even the cutters from the <a href=\"..\/2012\/01\/diy-handmade-carnations.html\">carnation tutorial<\/a> will work!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 2 :<\/strong> Using the tip of a small round piping tip, cut out little dots around the border of the flower. Or, you may wish to make any pattern your heart desires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3 :<\/strong> Frill and thin out with roller, and voila!
